The following terms apply to all instructions placed under this schedule. Please review prior to commissioning any service. Final scope and pricing are always confirmed in writing before works commence.
Terms:

All prices are guide only. Final scope and pricing confirmed in writing prior to instruction. VAT excluded. Volume rates available for programmes of 10 or more properties

Reports issued within 48 hours of survey unless otherwise agreed in writing. Same-day EPC lodgement available.

Travel included within Merseyside. Additional mileage charged outside the Liverpool city region at agreed rates confirmed prior to instruction.

All findings, opinions and recommendations are limited strictly to areas, elements and conditions assessed at the time of inspection. Where structural concerns are identified, a full RICS survey or structural engineering report will be required. Our assessments are not a substitute for specialist investigation

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone or terminate any survey where site conditions are deemed unsafe or present a risk to the health and safety of our staff
