End-to-end coordination of the full retrofit process following a completed Retrofit Assessment. Includes: technical CAD drawings (2D) and BIM packages (3D), MCIOB sign-off, ventilation strategy to Building Regulations Part F, Medium-Term Improvement Plan (MTIP), Improvement Option Evaluation (IOE) and full PAS 2035 / TrustMark compliance through design, installation and handover.

Independent on-site technical monitoring of retrofit installations across all three PAS 2035 monitoring categories. C1 — Desktop monitoring and review. C2 — Sample on-site monitoring during installation. C3 — Full on-site monitoring at critical stages. Verifies specification compliance, installation quality and measure performance against design intent. All monitoring carried out by Quidos, ECMK and Elmhurst accredited assessors.
