Reports issued within 48 hours of survey unless otherwise agreed. Same-day EPC lodgement available. Travel included within Merseyside — additional mileage charged outside the Liverpool city region at agreed rates. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance held. All surveyors TrustMark registered and operating under PAS 2035 and relevant British Standards. Assessments are limited to areas, elements and conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Where structural concerns are identified, a full RICS survey or structural engineering report will be required. DLE Eco Surveys Ltd reserves the right to refuse, postpone or terminate any survey where site conditions are deemed unsafe.
